At St Swithun's we know that it is okay to say that you don't feel okay!
Supporting your children in school:
- All of our children have a 'Five Finger Rule'. This encourages every child to identify five adults within our school who they feel comfortable talking to if they need some support.
- Every adult at St Swithun's is here to help and we run lots of groups you can take part in.
- If you feel like you might need some support, you can access one of your identified adults on your 'Five Finger Rule' or reach out to talk to our Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSL) Mrs Martin, Mrs Howlett or Mrs Ogden.
- Each classroom has an 'I need to talk' box, which is readily accessible to all children who may not feel they are able to approach an adult to discuss an issue and these are checked daily by classroom leads.
- Every member of staff has got time for you!
Here are some useful websites which may be able to offer further support, should you feel that you need it.
